What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing customers to identify their insurance needs
- Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and other insurance products
- Conduct policy reviews to uncover coverage gaps and recommend solutions
- Follow up with leads and referral opportunities
- Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Educate customers on coverage options and help them make informed decisions
- Deliver outstanding service while growing agency revenue
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Customer-facing experience in retail, banking, hospitality, customer service, or similar industries is highly valued
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, and email
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain licensing with our support
